Adaptability - Back to School Using The Pomodoro® Technique

Schedde is so adaptable it's beyond belief.  It's ready for many basic challenges, but isn't designed to do HD calcs like calculus equations.  If you dare Schedde, it will solve complex equations, but it doesn't want to.  Data can be downloaded from Schedde and then imported into a worksheet if needed for intensive formulaic calcs.

After digressing there for a moment, consider the Pomodoro® Technique and how Schedde can be adapted to this process.  The Pomodoro® Technique is a method where tasks are planned and fulfilled in time increments, the suggested increment being 25 minutes.  Then you take a short break and start again with a new 25 minutes or so increment of work or study or whatever.

While Schedde doesn't have a built in timer, your watch, phone, or computer has a clock.  Since it's very easy to manage Items, which can represent tasks, it's a matter of finding a task/Item and giving it 25 minutes and then putting one's head down and getting to work.  Why not add a quantity of 1 to the Item in order to report the number of Pomodoros that were accomplished for a day, week, month, or year.  A goal could be set on a daily, or day of the week interval, of Pomodoros to be worked and then reported against the actuals via a line chart.

Another report could summarize tasks completed at a general level or maybe a more detailed level over a day, week, month, year, or multiple years.  Produce results in a table, a bar or pie chart, a calendar, or a timeline,  The reports you create can be saved and re-run via the Saved Reports page.  Maybe create a quick access button from the saved report, or a snapshot of the report to preserve a report's numbers as of a specific date.

If desired, a progress report based on Pomodoro® activities could be posted to a social media platform, downloaded and then imported to a worksheet, or printed.

Those are just a few ideas about how to adapt Schedde to the Pomodoro® Technique.  There might be many other sorts of reports or Item strategies that would help to go after goals and complete tasks, if the technique is something that works for you.

And that's just one application of Schedde.  Schedde Tracks are multiple.  One Track might be useful for a time management technique, another Track could track Calories, and another could serve as a budgeting data set, and so on.

With Schedde, there are unlimited possible adaptabilities
